Barcelona star – Lione #Messi to endorse #TataMotors


Argentinian footballer Lionel Messi has been roped in as the new global brand ambassador for Tata Motor’s passenger vehicles. According to Mayank Prateek, President, Passenger Vehicles division the decision was taken after studying key pillars to aim for brand transformation. He pointed out the three pillars to be: ‘Trustworthy as a brand’, ‘pioneering’ and ‘Being cool’. The company is aiming to make a connect with the young generation of buyers, and hence, the choice was the world’s best footballer. Drawing an analogy, he added that the football icon was cool, inspiring and confident. He is self-driven and it took him 17 years of hard work to reach where he is today.
